ABOUT LEWIS HAMILTON MUSIC
In my own words, I would describe myself as a versatile, passionate and committed musician/audio engineer/mixer/composer. Highly qualified and experienced with a demonstrated history of excellent work with clients on multiple projects. I have worked directly with clients to provide original music that is professionally recorded, edited and mixed for commercial release. All of my own projects are recorded, edited and mixed by myself at my home studio.
In relation to my education, I am a highly qualified musician with a BA (Hons) Popular Music Degree from The University of Hull. Alongside this, I have gained qualifications and grades in both electric & classical guitar. My history includes working in original rock, alternative and metal bands. As well as working in Big Bands and Jazz based ensembles. As a composer, my work has developed into strong back catalogue of work for short film, working with local independent film makers.
Fully equipped with a functioning home studio, I can deliver a professional product that meets all clients needs. I use Logic Pro X, Gibson & Fender Guitars, D'addario & Ernie Ball Strings, Shure Microphones. When mixing I make use of third party plugins such as Get Good Drums, Slate Digital, Slate Trigger, Soundtoys, Neural DSP, Valhalla DSP and many more.
